Christmas 2020 FAQs

Book for Christmas

Christmas 2020 tickets are now SOLD OUT!

For more information about what is included in our Christmas 2020 event, see event details here. This year, there will be no Fishers Pantomime or individual Father Christmas Grotto visits.

This year we are doing things a little differently, but Father Christmas will make an appearance at the Magical Christmas show! To allow us to adhere to social distancing, Father Christmas will not meet families on an individual basis in his grotto, as we have done on previous years, but you will get a chance to wave at him as you leave the theatre.

For every ticket purchased for a child, they will be able to choose their gift from Father Christmas’ magical toy store.

Under 2's are free unless you’d like them to receive a gift from Father Christmas’ toy store.

If you have a child under 2 and would like them to receive a gift, you will need to purchase an ‘Under 2s – with a present’ ticket, priced at £12.50.

If you have an under 2 and don’t wish for them to receive a gift, please add an ‘Under 2s – without a present’ ticket, free of charge, to your booking so that we know numbers.

Under 2's are still included in the rule of 6, so will be allocated a seat in the show, as per your booking.
