Father Christmas will make a grand appearance during the grotto experience and you will have the chance to have photos with him!
For every ticket purchased for a child, they will be able to choose their gift from Father Christmas’ magical toy store. For this you need to purchase a Magic of Christmas ticket.
Under 2's are free unless you’d like them to receive a gift from Father Christmas’ toy store.
If you have a child under 2 and would like them to receive a gift, you will need to purchase an ‘Under 2's – with a present’ ticket.
If you have an under 2 and don’t wish for them to receive a gift, they do not need to be added to the booking.
Yes, your Christmas ticket will include admission to Fishers Farm Park.
The Fishers Farm ‘Magic of Christmas’ event is running on 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th December 2021. Tickets can only be booked for these days. Tickets purchased for other days are normal admission tickets and do not include a Father Christmas visit.
Father Christmas time slots that can be booked are from 10.15am to 4.15pm, in 15 minute intervals.
Please note: everyone will need to purchase a ticket (with the exception of under 2's that do not need a present).

The grotto is fully wheelchair accessible and you just need to purchase an individual ticket online with the rest of the party.
Yes it is! The grotto has been designed with wheelchairs in mind.
Yes, carers are free with a full paying individual or child ticket. Evidence of DLA/PIP payments or a Compass card must be provided to qualify for a free carer. Evidence provided must be dated within the last 2 years. Such evidence must be shown to our staff at entrance. If evidence is not brought or not in date, the full charge for entry will be required.
The running time for The Magic of Christmas experience will be approximately 30 minutes.
You are welcome to wear a face covering if you wish to do so. We will not be enforcing face covering in the grotto or theatre.
Yes, we will be running an interactive nativity this year. Yay!
Christmas tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Under exceptional circumstances, please email [email protected] to discuss your options.
All tickets are non-refundable, but if someone in your party is unable to come due to COVID related illness or self isolation, please email us on [email protected] or call us on 01403 700063 and we can discuss options with you.
In the event of Fishers Farm being forced to close due to changes in government guidelines and laws, you will be contacted by us to discuss all of your available options.
Unfortunately there will not be a pantomime showing at Fishers this Christmas.
