Santa's Grotto

Watch the magic unfold as you are welcomed by real elves through the enchanting Christmas grotto! Join in the fun with some gingerbread decorating, Reindeer Food creation-station, then on to 'Elf Security' to check you're on the nice list! Wind your way through the twinkly winter scenes, until you reach a very special door, where the real Father Christmas will be delighted to see you!

Santa's Toy Store

Following your heart-warming encounter with Father Christmas, the cheeky elves invite you through his twinkly winter wonderland where the most spectacular sight will be revealed! A jaw-dropping array, from floor to ceiling, of toys and games igniting tremendous excitement for the little ones, as they choose their very own Christmas gift from the genuine North Pole Toy Store.

The clock is ticking! (Oh yes it is!) Book your tickets soon to enjoy this magical festive favourite, guaranteed to have you cheering, laughing, singing and making life-long merry memories. Join Cinderella, Buttons and The Ugly Step Sisters as we tell this classic story with dancing, singing, and some traditional panto gags. (Tickets for our panto sell quicker than a pumpkin carriage! So we advise you to book early to avoid disappointment with this one!).

Sleigh what?! YES! Festive Fishers tickets include FREE admission to Fishers Farm Park this Christmas! Relax with a delicious coffee inside one of our many indoor play barns, or wrap up in your winter woollies and jump aboard the tractor ride, a pony ride, or maybe the toboggan run? (Pretend you're in the Alps?!).

With more than 40 rides and attractions here, this is a guaranteed, 'festively-full' family day out this Christmas.

Children's Nativity

The little ones are invited to STAR in our famous interactive nativity (as featured on BBC News!). Enjoy dressing up as Joseph, Mary, a shepherd, a king, a star or even a sheep! (gotta love those costumes!) Bringing the Christmas magic alive by featuring our very own real-life donkeys, and the Grumpy Innkeeper, to help us tell the magical nativity story. Guaranteed to tug your heart, this one is not to be missed.

Festive Fishers FAQs

(You also have the option to add tickets to "Cinderella" the Family Pantomime at an additional cost on selected dates).

Santa's Grotto is open 10:10am - 16:20pm, in 10-minute intervals. Except for 1pm – 2pm for Father Christmas to have his lunch. (See tickets page for more details).

General admission tickets are available for these days and other days throughout the Christmas season. See GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS for prices. THESE DO NOT INCLUDE THE CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE.

Preschool Father Christmas and Grotto tickets are available on 11th, 12th, 13th, or 14th December only, with bookable sessions between 10:15 – 11:15 daily. Tickets include;

  • Pre-bookable Santa's Grotto admission (including gingerbread decorating and magical reindeer food).
  • A gift from The North Pole Toy Store.
  • All-day access to Fishers Farm Park 10am – 5pm

(Please note, there are no pantomime performances on these dates)

All Festive Fishers ticket holders are able to access Fishers Farm Park from 10am – 5pm. Allocated times must be booked for Santa's Grotto and 'Cinderella the Pantomime' theatre show.

  • Father Christmas' Grotto bookable times are:

10:10am - 16:20pm, in 10-minute intervals. Except for 1pm – 2pm for Father Christmas to have his lunch. See tickets page for details

  • 'Cinderella' Pantomime times are: 14:00 & 15:30. The show runs for approximately 1 hour.

Theatre doors will open 15 minutes before the start of the show. You will need to be seated by the show start time. All buggies need to be left outside of the theatre.

Undercover picnic space is limited at this time of year, and un-heated. Only food and drink purchased onsite is allowed within the indoor play barns. We have The Saddle Rooms Restaurant and The Farmers Grill both open for lunch, or drinks and snacks from Ramblers Retreat and The Lucky Horseshoe Coffee Bar.

  • Festive Fishers tickets include a FREE All-day access pass to Fishers Farm Park on the day of your visit, from 10am – 5pm.
  • Your grotto experience will last approximately 20 minutes.
  • If you have chosen to add the 'Cinderella' pantomime to your booking, the show lasts for approx. 1 hour with no interval.

Yes, we will be running an interactive Children's nativity this year in The Animal Encounters Barn at 12:00 on all the Festive Fishers event dates. If your children would like to partake in the nativity, please arrive no later than 11:45am. We will involve as many children as we can on a first come first served basis, so please get to the barn early to avoid disappointment.

Yes, we have ample free parking in our carpark.

Splash Attack, Bumper Boats, Panning for Gemstones are seasonally operated and will not be available during the winter months. Our Glow Barn will not be in use over the Festive Season as this forms a part of Santa's Grotto.

  • Adult Ticket (age 16+) - £20.00
  • Child Ticket (age 2-15 years) - £25.00
  • Under 2's - £18.00 (This option is for anyone under the age of 2 who would like to receive a gift from The North Pole Toy Store).
  • Essential Companion* - £0.00

Please note: All visitors wishing to attend the 'Festive Fishers' event, need to pre-purchase a ticket online (except for under 2's that do not wish to have a Christmas gift from The Toy Store).

*To qualify for a essential companion ticket please submit a valid Access card number to admin@fishersfarmpark.co.uk at Least 10 days prior to your booking date. If evidence is not submitted within the specified times, the full charge for entry will be required. To register for an access card, or for more information click here.

Tickets are bookable online only and can be booked here. Tickets are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. If your preferred dates or times are not available (appearing 'greyed out') please select an alternative date and/or time.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot merge parties into the same timed session that book over different sessions. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, so please check carefully before finalising your booking.

Wheelchair users please select the blue seats at front of the theatre seating plan. This flexible seating allows space for wheelchairs and one accompanying family member or essential companion.

As many as you would like to bring! (However, please be aware that no more than 18 people will be allowed into the grotto at any one session).

If you would like to go into the grotto or show at the same time as your party, please ensure you select the same sessions for the entire party at the time of booking. Bookings cannot be amended retrospectively for any reason, and parties who book across different sessions, cannot then be merged into the same one.

Under 2's are free unless you'd like them to receive a gift from Father Christmas' toy store. If you have a child under 2 and would like them to receive a gift, you will need to purchase an 'Under 2's – with a present' ticket. If you have an under 2 and don't wish for them to receive a gift, they do not need to be added to the booking. Under 2's do not need a ticket for the pantomime, but they will not be allocated a seat, so will need to sit on an adults lap.

Yes – every Festive Fishers ticket allows free Fishers Farm access for the entire day from 10am – 5pm.

No, your Festive Fishers ticket includes FREE full day indoor and outdoor farm access for the entire day of your visit. We are open 10am – 5pm.

Our Christmas events have historically sold out in advance, so we don't recommend on-the-gate purchases, as you are likely to be disappointed. To avoid missing out in future, please sign up to our emails here and you will be notified first about all ticket releases and any special offers throughout the year.

If you cannot select the dates or times that you want, this means they are either sold out, of this date/time is not available.

Neither monetary nor free admission vouchers can be redeemed online against the Festive Fishers event. All 'Festive Fishers' tickets must be pre-booked via our website, with a card payment.

As a separate ticketed event, this does not offer a membership discount.

You can book general admission tickets here. These are Farm Park admission tickets only and do not include Santa's Grotto, Toy Store, or Pantomime.

Christmas tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Father Christmas will make a grand appearance during the grotto experience, and you will have the chance to meet and take your own photos with him.

There is no age limit to visit Father Christmas, and everyone is welcome, but those aged 16+ will need to purchase an adult ticket and will not receive a gift from the Santa's grotto experience.

Cinderella is a family pantomime and suitable for all ages. Under 2's will not be allocated a seat in the theatre and can sit on a parent/carers lap. Pushchairs need to be parked outside of the theatre.

Yes, absolutely! The grotto has been designed with wheelchairs in mind, but please feel free to contact us should you have any specific worries or concerns. We have a friendly and understanding team who will happily set your mind at ease should you need more specific information regarding accessibility during this event.

There is a 'wheelchair friendly' area available in the auditorium of the theatre (highlighted as blue seats on the plan). Each wheelchair space is alongside a seat for an essential companion.
