ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY
A family-run business, our team and all those who work here at Fishers Farm mean the world to us. No mucking around here, well, except in the barn that is. We are so incredibly proud of our awesome team here at Fishers Farm, and the friendliness of our staff continues to be our top customer comment.
We pride ourselves on making your day as enjoyable and memorable as it can possibly be and will hopefully continue to do so in years to come. These are some of the friendly faces you might be lucky enough to encounter on your visit to us…
Tim Rollings

Founding Director
Tim Rollings
Tim, the founder and original driving force behind Fishers Farm Park, opened the gates in 1990 alongside Trina. From day one, he’s been hands-on in every department, whether it’s wrangling animals, welcoming guests, or dreaming up new ideas for the park. Before Fishers, Tim ran his own landscape gardening business, bringing his love of the outdoors into everything he does. A true classic car and motorbike enthusiast, Tim’s passion for vintage wheels is only rivalled by his Iconic panto dame appearances at Christmas - an unmissable tradition that brings the house down every time. In his teens and twenties, Tim rocked shoulder-length hair, proof that he’s always had a flair for the dramatic!!
Trina Rollings

Director
Trina Rollings
Trina, alongside Tim, co-founded Fishers Farm Park back in 1990, laying the foundations for what would become one of the most beloved family attractions in the region. Starting out as a one-woman powerhouse in both catering and animal care, she brewed the tea, baked the cakes, and lovingly tended to every creature on the farm. Her dedication and warmth helped shape the spirit of Fishers from day one. Today, Trina remains a hands-on director, a creative force, and the park’s very own fairy godmother. Her artistic flair is beautifully showcased in the stunning Fishers Family Tree mural at the entrance, a vibrant testament to her love for the park and everyone who’s part of its story.
Katie Rollings

Director
Katie Rollings
Katie, one of our brilliant directors and Tom’s wife, first joined Fishers Farm Park back in 2006, working every Friday for the first year with the livestock team, before spearheading the company branding, marketing, PR & events, and more recently working with Jas a few years back to overhaul our HR. Over the years Katie’s worked in most departments wherever she was most needed! The only department Katie hasn’t tackled is Maintenance… and she insists that’s because she’s a terrible driver! Katie trained for years in performing arts and first met Tom while performing in a show with the Billingshurst Dramatic Society - a lovely coincidence, as Tim and Trina met the exact same way! When she’s not at Fishers, Katie is a proud Mummy to her 3 long-awaited rascals and also the Founder & CEO of Fertility Action charity - supporting those navigating infertility through the often painful path to parenthood through IVF or similar treatments. She launched the Fertility Access campaign in Parliament in Jan 2025 advocating for an end to the IVF postcode lottery across the UK.
Tom Rollings

Managing Director
Tom Rollings
Tom, our Managing Director and son of Fishers Farm Park founders Tim and Trina, has been part of the team since the age of 11, starting out by helping with the animals in the mornings and washing up in the kitchen over lunch, before achieving a Landscape Architecture Degree in Edinburgh. For the last decade and more Tom has invented and designed huge areas of the Farm Park including Higgledy Village in 2017, The Circus Soft Play and even hand-built our TreeHouse during COVID with Tim. Over the years, Tom’s masterminded lots of the developments at Fishers , embracing the hands-on nature of the park (though he still steers clear of anything too techy!). Before fully diving into life at Fishers, Tom worked in hospitality and spent six months working in a ski chalet in the French Alps. Fun fact: at age 11, he broke his leg, had a metal plate fitted, and spent six weeks in hospital, proof that he’s been tough and determined from the start!
Jas Whibley

Operations Manager
Jas Whibley
Jas has been a cornerstone of our team for the past five years, serving as our brilliant Operations Manager. Before joining Fishers, she honed her leadership skills as a manager at a local soft furnishings retailer, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail that continues to benefit us every day. Jas’s natural compassion has been integral to the continually positive direction of our company culture - providing a safe, approachable and professional leadership style that the whole team benefits from. Outside of work, Jasmyn’s life is just as dynamic. A lifelong equestrian, she shares a special bond with her beloved mare, Izzie, who’s been by her side since she was 16. And if that wasn’t enough, she’s also a proud mum to the adorable and energetic Luca, her 5-year-old son who keeps her on her toes!

Alex joined Fishers in 2024 as our brilliant Maintenance Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a seriously impressive CV. From Facilities Technician to Prison Officer to Patrol Dog Handler, Alex has seen it all and handled it with skill and grit. But that’s not all, he’s also a qualified GB Archery Instructor, so if you spot someone hitting bullseyes with ease, chances are it’s Alex!
Amanda Geddes

Customer Experience Manager
Amanda Geddes
Amanda joined the Fishers team in 2022, starting out as an Administrative Assistant. Her dedication, warmth, and natural leadership quickly stood out, and she continues to be a truly valued member of our management team, thriving in her role as Customer Experience Manager, and the tidiest member of our team by far! Though Amanda is based in the office, her heart has always been with animals. She studied Animal Management at Brinsbury College and ran her own successful pet care business for over a decade. Her unique blend of customer service expertise and animal knowledge makes her a fantastic fit for Fishers, where both people and pets are at the heart of everything we do.
Anne Johns

Finance
Anne Johns
Anne joined the Fishers family in 2014, bringing her sharp eye for detail and financial finesse to the accounts department. Behind the scenes, she keeps the books balanced not just for Fishers, but for several other local businesses too, making her a true multitasking marvel. Originally from the scenic landscapes of Norway, Anne has called England home since 1981. Her love of learning continues to shine as she takes on the challenge of mastering German in her spare time. When she’s not crunching numbers or conjugating verbs, Anne cherishes her days off spent at Fishers with her beautiful granddaughter.
Flora the Highland Cow

Head of Hair & Moo-ral Support
Flora the Highland Cow
With a fringe that could rival any rock star and a slow-motion strut that turns heads across the farm, Flora is the Highland cow with high standards and even higher fluff. Known for her majestic horns and her ability to nap like it’s a competitive sport, Flora brings calm, charisma, and a touch of glamour to the team. She enjoys long walks to the hay bale, dramatic stares into the distance, and pretending she didn’t hear you call her (unless snacks are involved). A true icon of moo-d and mystery.
Georgie Stone

Catering Manager
Georgie Stone
Georgie joined Fishers Farm Park back in 2009 as a casual team member and has progressed into one of our longest-serving and most essential team members . In 2019, she was handed the reins as Catering Manager, and now maintains the smooth running of all our food outlets, keeping everything deliciously on track every day. But Georgie’s talents don’t stop at catering. A talented singer and guitarist, she continually adds a musical flair to the team - listen closely next time you’re in the Saddle Rooms as she’s often singing a tune! She’s one of seven siblings, and five of them have worked at Fishers too. It’s safe to say the farm continues to be a family affair behind the scenes too!
Matt Greene

Livestock Manager
Matt Greene
Joining Fishers Farm Park in August 2024, Matt quickly became an essential part of the team as our Farm Manager and resident tractor ride driver. With over 20 years of experience as a dairy herdsman and a background in bovine reproduction, he brings a wealth of agricultural knowledge to the farm. Outside of work, he’s a true sportsman, playing cricket for the local Ewhurst team and holding a Level 2 rugby coaching qualification. He’s coached both kids and senior teams and is also a certified Level 2 rugby referee.
Steve Johnstone

Retail Manager
Steve Johnstone
Steve has been a proud member of the Fishers Farm family since 2009, bringing over 17 years of dedication, leadership, and retail expertise to the team. As our Retail Manager, he keeps our shops running smoothly and our guests smiling with his eye for detail and friendly approach. Before joining Fishers, Steve owned and ran a florist just outside Horsham for three years, combining creativity with customer care. But his career has taken some dramatic turns! Did you know Steve was once a Cabin Crew member at Virgin Atlantic, and even evacuated a 747 during a security threat. Talk about staying cool under pressure!
Nina Stone-Tavener

Assistant Catering Manager & Chief First Aider
Nina Stone-Tavener
Nina has been part of the Fishers family since 2018, beginning her work as part of our reception team. Her energy, versatility, and passion for hospitality saw her move into catering, where she expertly leads the team as our Assistant Manager. One of Nina’s most remarkable accomplishments is achieving a First Class Honours degree in Business and Human Resource Management, a testament to her dedication, academic excellence, and passion for understanding how people and organisations thrive together. Before joining Fishers, Nina managed a holiday park in the beautiful county of Cornwall, so she certainly knows a thing or two about creating unforgettable guest experiences! However…there’s even more to Nina than meets the eye! As a classically trained pianist, she shares her love of music by teaching children how to play the piano in her spare time and inspiring the next generation of musicians. Nina is also a proud Mummy to two mini-rascals, who (obvs!) quite rightly believe that their Mummy has the best job in the world!

With a knack for great food and friendly service, he’s become a familiar and much-loved face around the park. Before joining us, Aaron worked in landscape gardening, so whether it’s plating up lunch or planting petunias, he’s got it covered! And here’s a quirky fact: Aaron is seriously obsessed with cheese. From creamy brie to punchy stilton, he’s our resident cheese connoisseur-and proud of it!

Abbie MacPherson
Abbie is a key player in our catering team, bringing expert knowledge of all our food outlets and a passion for both cooking and customer service. And outside of Fishers, she’s a dedicated Girl Guide leader, inspiring young adventurers with her leadership and enthusiasm. And here’s a fun fact: Abbie spent a summer as a Camp America counsellor, bringing her energy and creativity to campers across the pond. She’s a true all-rounder with a heart for helping others and what she doesn’t know about west end musicals isn’t worth knowing!

Clint Bush
Clint has been a dedicated chef at Fishers Farm Park for 12 years, bringing flavour, finesse, and a whole lot of heart to our kitchens. With a background in pubs and fine dining restaurants, he knows his way around a menu and always delivers dishes that delight. But Clint’s talents go beyond the kitchen! He’s a passionate coin collector, and in his younger days, he even bred ferrets, yes, really! Away from work, Clint is a proud dad to his 13-year-old daughter, who keeps him smiling and inspired every day.
Duke the Shire Horse

Director of Hoof Operations & Heritage Ambassador
Duke the Shire Horse
Towering, majestic, and with a mane that could star in a shampoo commercial, Duke is the gentle giant of the farm. As a proud Shire horse, he carries not just hay but a legacy—his grandparents once worked these very fields. Duke spends his days overseeing grass quality, supervising tractor movements (from a safe distance), and offering unsolicited life advice through soulful stares. He’s got horsepower, history, and a heart as big as his hooves.
Erin Butcher-Collier

Livestock Supervisor
Erin Butcher-Collier
Erin joined the Fishers Farm Park team in 2023, bringing her love of animals and hands-on experience to the farm. Before joining us, most of her work revolved around horses, doing yard work and caring for them with dedication. Her dedication to our equines is brilliant, and she takes great care daily in ensuring their comfort and wellness needs continue to be met. She’s also a qualified lifeguard, having worked at a local pool, proving she’s just as comfortable in water as she is on land! At home, Erin’s surrounded by furry friends, her family has two horses and four dogs, making every day a bit of an animal adventure.
Gerry Dewey

From mowing and strimming to hedge cutting, tractor driving, field ploughing, and bale collecting, Gerry’s handiwork is everywhere (even if you don’t always see him!). His dedication, skill, and quiet efficiency help ensure the park runs smoothly and stays picture-perfect for visitors all year round.

Before stepping into facilities management, he ran his own successful carpet fitting business, showcasing his hands-on expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. But that’s not all, James once worked as a professional chef, so he knows his way around a kitchen just as well as he does a toolbox! At home, he’s a proud dad to two energetic boys aged 3 and 6, giving him a natural connection with many of our customers and their families. And here’s a fun twist: James was a semi-pro ice hockey goalie! So whether it’s fixing a leak or blocking a slapshot, he’s always ready to dive in and get the job done.

She’s dedicated time to volunteering with various species, deepening her connection to wildlife and conservation. Away from the farm, Jessica is a passionate book collector. Sebastian the Anglo Nubian goat

Chief Mischief Officer (CMO)
Sebastian the Anglo Nubian goat
With ears longer than your average to-do list and a personality twice as loud, Sebastian is the undisputed diva of the paddock. As an Anglo Nubian goat, he brings style, sass, and a suspicious talent for escaping enclosures. When he's not busy supervising snack distribution or photobombing visitors, Sebastian enjoys dramatic standoffs with wheelbarrows and pretending he's too important to be herded. A natural leader (in his own mind), he’s the goat who puts the “baa” in “bossy.”
Sharon Dowler

Catering Supervisor
Sharon Dowler
Now in her 8th year at Fishers, Sharon is a beloved member of the catering team, known for keeping the snacks flowing and the smiles growing. Before joining us, she was the shop and events manager at Amberley Museum, so she’s no stranger to juggling chaos with charm. In her spare time, Sharon swaps trays for paintbrushes. Her decorating skills recently wowed us all during the coffee bar refurb, where she revealed a hidden talent for transforming walls with flair. When she’s not adding sparkle to the farm, she’s off enjoying a good theatre show or movie night, probably critiquing the set design like a true pro.
Simon Frizzell

Livestock Assistant
Simon Frizzell
Simon joined the Fishers Farm team in March 2022, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience to our livestock department. With a particular passion and expertise in poultry bringing in with him our “naked neck” breed among others. He’s been an invaluable part of our animal care operations. Before joining us, Simon’s career was as diverse as it was impressive - he’s worked on a livery yard and even ran his own pub as a landlord. Away from the farm, Simon manages his own thriving smallholding - home to over 250 animals and where his dedication to animal welfare continues to shine.
Sully The Boer Goat

Chief Grass Inspector & Headbutt Strategist
Sully The Boer Goat
Don’t let the floppy ears fool you, Sully is a goat on a mission. Whether he's expertly taste-testing every blade of grass on the farm or plotting his next daring escape from the paddock, Sully brings boundless energy and questionable decision-making to the team. Known for his dramatic entrances, love of snacks, and occasional headbutts (purely motivational), Sully keeps morale high and fences low. When he’s not busy being fabulous, he enjoys sunbathing, photobombing visitors, and pretending he’s the boss. Spoiler: he kind of is.
