No, dogs are not permitted within the farm park. (Guide dogs permitted). Please do not bring your dog and leave them in the car, this is extremely dangerous especially on hot days!
No. If you pay the normal admission rate, all of the playzones are included.
However, if you only want to use the soft play, and don’t want access to the farm park, you have the option to pay for a Playzone Pass instead, for a reduced rate, and just stay indoors. Please note, if you change your mind once a play zone pass has been purchased, you can just pay the difference and upgrade to a full Farm Park access ticket.
No. Tickets can be purchased online or on the door. If purchase online though, the admission price will be £1 cheaper per person than the gate price. You can book online up to and including your day of visit. Please note: booking online does NOT guarantee faster entry. Book online here!
There are over 40 different rides and attractions at Fishers Farm and most are included in your admission. The additional charges are as follows; Pony Rides, Bumper Boats, Quad Bikes, Panning for Gemstones, Electric Tractors and Bumper Cars. All these rides are 1 token each. Tokens cost £1 each.
All path and access points are accessible via wheelchair and there are wheelchair accessible toilets dotted around the park. We have a room onsite with a bed that can be used for adult changing too, and we hope to invest in a hoist system in the near future for disabled visitors to use.
With a vast amount of indoor facilities such as our many soft play areas, slide barns, higgledy village, gift shop, Saddle Rooms Restaurant, Lucky Horseshoe Coffee Bar and lounges - there’s plenty to do here on a rainy day. Most of our rides and attractions will run whatever the weather, so if you're dressed appropriately you can still enjoy all that we have to offer outside too.
Some visitors prefer to pay less and purchase a Playzone Pass on a rainy day, then upgrade their ticket if it brightens up later.
Yes, at reception we sell monetary gift vouchers to the values of £5, £10 and £20 in any combination you like, or ‘Free Admission’ tickets, which can be purchased at our high season rate (see prices), only at reception or over the phone on 01403 700063. All are sent to you in a presentation pack along with informational leaflets about the adventure farm park.
Yes. For the Health and Safety of your children we have to apply age restrictions to some of our rides.

It takes most families a full day or more to experience all the rides and attractions that Fishers Farm has to offer, and for that reason, we do not offer a half or part-day rate. We do however give visitors the option of purchasing a Playzone Pass if they cant spend the full day here, at that is sold at a reduced rate to the normal admission costs.
Yes. (But it’s not advisable if you are planning to purchase the Playzone pass, unless you’re happy to eat outside on the outdoor benches in the car park. However you do have the choice to purchase food and drink from the restaurant or coffee bar).
We have ample outdoor picnic areas as well as a heated indoor area for picnics called ‘The Ploughmans Picnic Barn’ (for full admission ticket holders only).
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+.
Yes. We offer a gluten-free menu throughout the year, as well as vegetarian, vegan and lactose free options. We are passionate about our food at Fishers Farm, and will always try our best to cater to all dietary needs.
If our visitor number exceeded our limit, we would have to close admissions. As this has never happened yet, we don’t envisage it being a problem for you!
We have 2 first aiders who are in charge of taking first aid calls every day. As well as 2 main first aiders we have a lot more on site if the other 2 are unavailable at that time.
We have a very strict no smoking policy within the park. We have allocated 'smoking areas' which are in the car park.
All lost property is brought up to reception at the end of every day. If you think you've lost something please call 01403 700063 to see if we have it at reception! If we have your lost item we will need your name and number so we know who will be picking it up!
Of course! We have allocated areas for baby change which are noticeably sign posted. If you have any trouble finding them please ask one of our friendly staff to point you in the right direction!
No! Our car park is completely free. We also have plenty of disabled parking bays.
Yes! We have three wheelchairs and three mobility scooters available for customers to use free of charge. Please enquire at reception when you visit or call ahead on 01403 700063 to book it in beforehand!
Of course! You will just need to exit through the gift shop and show your wristband at reception when you come back in!
Unfortunately we do not allow customers to feed our animals, we provide plenty of food and water for them throughout the day so any more could make them a bit chubby! During our lambing season we do allow a couple of lucky customers to bottle feed the lambs during the daily Farm Shows.
