Yes, at the moment, because we have a reduced capacity to help with social distancing. You can book online up to and including your day of visit. Please note: booking online does NOT guarantee faster entry. Book online here!
To allow for social distancing and avoid a queue at the entrance, you will select an arrival time when booking. The options are 10am, 10.30am and 11am. You are welcome to stay all day until 5pm.
Members currently need to book online weekends and holidays only. You will need to input your membership number when booking.
There are no restrictions for members on weekdays (school term time). And no session times for members. Hours will remain 10am - 5pm.
We are currently only accepting card payments at most pay points. (If this raises a concern for you regarding your visit, please don’t hesitate to contact us on email@example.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs). There is a cash till available for gift shop purchases.

No, due to current Government restrictions, all indoor soft play areas are currently closed at Fishers Farm Park until further notice.
The Lucky Horseshoe Coffee Bar is open every day 10am - 12pm serving hot and cold drinks.
The Farmers Grill is open every day 10am to 5pm, serving food, hot and cold drinks (including alcoholic) and ice creams. Including a gluten free menu. We have indoor and outdoor (under cover) seating available. See our menus here.
Ramblers Retreat will be open weekends, all day and during school holidays, serving delicious doughnuts and Marshfield Farm ice creams.
The Saddle Rooms Restaurant is currently closed until Government restrictions are lifted on indoor areas.
If you have a voucher that expired during the time we were closed (25th December 2020 - 12th April 2021), these will be extended by 1 year, to 12th April 2022.
As vouchers can only be used on gate admission, we will be accepting a limited number of these each day. Anyone in your party not covered by a voucher, needs to pre-book online. Please note: if you have a voucher you DO NOT need to book online.
You do not need to phone ahead if you are planning to use a voucher on entry.
No, dogs are not permitted within the farm park. (Guide dogs permitted). Please do not bring your dog and leave them in the car, this is extremely dangerous especially on hot days!
There are over 40 different rides and attractions at Fishers Farm and most are included in your admission. The additional charges are as follows; Pony Rides (currently not running due to COVID-19), Quad Bikes, Electric Tractors and Bumper Cars. (Bumper Boats and Panning for Gemstones during warmer months) All these rides are 1 token each. Tokens cost £1 each.
Tokens are non-refundable
All path and access points are accessible via wheelchair and there are wheelchair accessible toilets dotted around the park. We have a room onsite with a bed that can be used for adult changing too, and we hope to invest in a hoist system in the near future for disabled visitors to use.
Yes, at reception, or online we sell monetary gift vouchers to the values of £5, £10 and £20 in any combination you like . All are sent to you in a presentation pack along with informational leaflets about the adventure farm park. Buy gift vouchers here!

It takes most families a full day or more to experience all the rides and attractions that Fishers Farm has to offer, and for that reason, we do not offer a half or part-day rate.
Yes, We have ample outdoor picnic areas. Our heated indoor area for picnics, 'The Ploughmans Picnic Barn' is currently closed due to Government regulations. When open, this area is on the main farm and is for full admission ticket holders only.
However, you do have the choice to purchase food and drink from The Farmers Grill (10am-5pm) or hot and cold drinks from the Lucky Horseshoe Coffee Bar (10am - 12pm). Ramblers Retreat also serves doughnuts and ice creams during weekends and school holidays.
Please note: The Ploughmans picnic barn is out of use during December for The Magic of Christmas event.
It is not advisable to bring a picnic if you are planning to purchase a play zone pass (when available) for the soft play areas, unless you are happy to eat outside on the outdoor benches in the car park, as picnics are not permitted in soft play areas.
No, under 16's must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+ at all times at Fishers Farm Park.

You must book your admission tickets online in order to guarantee your admission into Fishers Adventure Farm Park. As we are operating at a reduced visitor capacity and ask you to book online to allow us to monitor numbers.

We have 2 first aiders who are in charge of taking first aid calls every day. As well as 2 main first aiders we have a lot more on site if the other 2 are unavailable at that time.
We have a very strict NO SMOKING policy within Fishers Farm Park.
All lost property is brought up to reception at the end of every day. If you think you've lost something please call 01403 700063 or email email@example.com to see if we have it at reception! If we have your lost item we will need your name and number so we know who will be picking it up! When emailing, please let us know the date of your visit.

Yes, of course! We have allocated areas for baby change which are noticeably sign posted. If you have any trouble finding them please ask one of our friendly staff to point you in the right direction! We are planning a brand spanking new changing facility, which we are very excited about.
No! We have ample free parking. We also have plenty of disabled parking bays right by the entrance.
Yes! We have one wheelchair and three mobility scooters available for customers to use free of charge. Please enquire at reception when you visit, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call ahead on 01403 700063 to reserve one beforehand!
Yes, of course! You will just need to exit through the gift shop and show your wristband at reception when you come back in! If you haven't been given a wrist band on entry, please ask reception for one on your way out.
Unfortunately we do not allow customers to feed our animals, we provide plenty of food and water for them throughout the day so any more could make them a bit chubby! During our lambing season we do allow a couple of lucky customers to bottle feed the lambs during the daily Farm Shows.
