Membership Terms and Conditions

BY TAKING OUT MEMBERSHIP YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1.   Free admission will be permitted alongside your valid photo membership fob, or upon production of your membership ID via the stocard app. Without either of these, your admittance will be subject to the relevant daily gate price admission per person on each occasion. This fee is non-refundable. Admission will be granted on all dates specified within the “Members Admission Calendar”. Admission outside of these will be charged at full admission price. 

2.  Should your membership fob get lost, we will issue your first replacement fob for free – a second replacement will be charged at £5 per fob, or you can choose to store your card via the stocard app. 

3.  A valid photo ID membership fob, or download, admits the NAMED PERSON ONLY, to the park, during opening hours, and on Sussex term-time weekdays, and weekends only. Access will not be granted on weekdays during the Sussex school holidays, or on Bank Holidays. 

4.  Your membership entitles you to free admission on Sussex term-time weekdays and weekends all year. Some extra charges may apply, for example additional rides and attractions, theatre tickets, Christmas visits, and special events and may be added without prior notification, at our discretion.

5.  Fishers reserves the right to refuse renewal or withdraw membership at any time.

6.  Membership(s)/fobs ARE NOT interchangeable or transferable.

7.  Under normal circumstances Fishers is open 363 days a year, but if forced to close due to circumstances beyond its control, memberships cannot be extended or refunded.

8.  Memberships run for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.  There are no short-term memberships or pro-rata refunds if you terminate membership prior to expiry.

9.  Fishers is continually replacing and improving rides, attractions and facilities and introducing new ones.  In-line with this, we reserve the right to withdraw or introduce charges, to amend or discount attractions and opening times at any given time without prior notice or compensation.

10. Membership renewals can be issued up to a maximum of 10 days in advance of the expiry date. 

11.  Some rides/attractions require tokens, each token is £1 and can be purchased via card payment at various locations throughout the site. Please see FAQS for a current list of token-operated activities. 

12. Membership(s)/fobs may not be accepted in conjunction with promotional offers/vouchers.

13.  Disabled members are charged at full individual price and this allows 1 essential companion in, free of charge when visiting Fishers (with accompanying access card displaying the personal support ‘+1’ symbol). 

14.  Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed inside any of our indoor play areas. Picnics and refreshments brought from home may be consumed in any of the designated and available indoor and outdoor picnic areas.    

15.  On the first visit following your child turning 2, you will need to purchase an individual membership or day admission ticket online. Under 2’s will require a day ticket purchasable online. 

16.  If you are paying for your membership using PayPal. PayPal Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 payments, with the first due at time of purchase and subsequent payments due each month on the same date.

17. When taking out a Fishers Annual Membership you are committing to paying the total fee in one lump sum or a minimum of 3 monthly consecutive payments paid within 60 days of joining.  If you cancel/miss any of these payments, you will need to liaise directly with PayPal to settle your fees before re-joining the membership scheme. The onus is on you to monitor your PayPal payments and contact us if there are any issues.  If a payment is unpaid, we will not accept your membership(s) at reception and may cancel your membership(s) without further notice.

18. If you wish to renew your membership after 12 months you can either use the link in the automated email that you will receive 28 days prior to your renewal date (please note that this is not always available if you have unsubscribed/we have received incorrect details) or directly via the website by logging into your customer account.

19.   Membership renewals are not guaranteed, and Fishers Farm Park Ltd reserve the right to restrict membership sales at any point, and without prior notification. 

20.    Physical or verbal abuse of staff will not be tolerated and Fishers reserve the right to refuse admission and revoke memberships.

21.   Prices are subject to change and are not negotiable. 

22.  Fishers Farm Park will keep your details on file in compliance with GDPR regulations and the Data Protection Act .

23.   Children aged 15 years or under must be accompanied by an individual aged 16 years or over. 

24.  Fishers Farm Park reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of membership at any time and without prior notification.
