Gingerbread Person Design Competition
Calling all budding designers, we want you! We are launching our Fishers Christmas gingerbread decorating competition, in search of a fantastic, creative design to make and sell at Fishers Farm Park this Christmas.
We are offering you the chance to win:
- A £20 Fishers gift voucher,
- 4x FREE Admission tickets to Fishers Farm,
- Your design made into gingerbread biscuits and sold at Fishers Farm Park throughout the Christmas season,
- A free gingerbread person each for the winner and their family, when you visit!
To enter the competition:
- Download and print the template, or collect one from reception on your next visit.
- Design your best gingerbread man, woman, girl, boy and don’t forget to clearly add your name and age,
- Take a photo of it and either:
- Post it in the comments on the Facebook post.
- Post to the Fishers Facebook page.
- Upload it to Instagram @fishersfarmpark and #FishersGingerbreadComp.
- Or drop the original into reception at Fishers Farm Park.
Please make sure your child’s first name and age are written on the front and we can contact you. If dropping the original design into reception, please make sure an adult name, phone number and email address are provided.
The competition will run from Tuesday 2nd November and closes Friday 26th Nov 23.59.
Our lovely biscuit baker Janie, of Creative Bakes by Janie, will judge and pick the winner on Wednesday 1st December 2021. This will be done in time to allow her to turn the winning design into delicious real life gingerbread biscuits.
The winning design will be sold at Fishers throughout the Fishers Farm Park festive season and The Magic of Christmas event. The winner will be contacted via the network they entered through, or contact details provided on the back of a printed entry and announced on Facebook and Instagram and this page.
Terms and Conditions
The competition is running from Tuesday 2nd November to Friday 26th Nov 23.59.
The prize is 1x £20 Fishers gift voucher, 4x FREE admission tickets to Fishers Farm Park, valid for one year, the winning design made into a real gingerbread biscuit to be sold at Fishers Farm Park and a free gingerbread man in the winning design for the winning child and their immediate family who accompany them on the day. There is no cash alternative or alternative prizes.
To get your free gingerbread person, you must visit Fishers farm Park during the Christmas period when the biscuits will be available, gingerbread biscuits cannot be posted.
The competition will be running across Facebook and Instagram and available to enter while at Fishers Farm Park.
Janie of Creative Bakes by Janie will judge and pick the winner on Wednesday 1st December 2021, in time to turn the winning design into a gingerbread biscuit. The winner will be contacted that day and announced on Facebook and Instagram once the winner has claimed their prize.
The winner will be judged and picked from all qualifying entries, based on Janie’s favourite design and one that can be made into a real biscuit gingerbread man. The judges decision is final. By entering the competition, you agree for your child’s name and age to be displayed at Fishers Farm Park and in Fishers Far Park marketing channels. You also agree to take part in any promotion around the competition.
